Self Assessment

Six years sales and marketing experience in software Industry. Started with sales person, later was promoted to sales department manager,cheap straighteners and currently take the role of key account manager, a lot of experience accumulated for sales management , understanding of customer needs and provide good service to client.

Derby is the only member of OTA (Open Travel Alliance ) in China. 1. Provided Central Reservation System (CRS) and Electric Distribution System to Hotel Groups, such as China Travel Service Group, WuXi Juna Hotels Group, Conifer Hotels and Resorts, etc.
2. Worked closely with IT engineering department. Accomplished interconnection between Hotel reservation system of local Hotels and international distribution channel. Increased hotel occupancy ratio and enhance prompt response to reservation.
Local hotels Group include Home Inn, Hanting Hotel, Jinling Hotels and Resorts, New Century Hotel Group, Guangdong Hotel Group. etc.
3. Provided solution to the Hotel Reservation System for some aviation group according to their business model. The Aviation group include JunYao Airlines, ShenZhen Airlines etc.
4. Kept long-term relationship with key accounts and Paid return visit on regular basis and solve problem in time1. Set up the sales policy and Marketing strategy in China area, led an 8-person sales team, Gave presentation to client about product and service, performed return visit.

2. Coordinated after-sales department regarding software installation, training, maintenance; Accelerated company’s management transformation from sales-oriented to product-focus.

3. Signed contract with dozens of famous hotel in east, central and southern china area, Laid solid foundation for the later large-scale promotion of the products. Successfully increased percentage of electrical distribution ratio on annualchi hair straightener turnover from about 2% to 15% for some clients;

4. Among the competition with other competitors, Increased market share of Derby Co. to 70%
